What do I do if an item doesn't fit or I don't like the colour?
Return it to us at Eileen Douglas Tack Shops, Woods Farm, Easthampstead Road, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 3AE with a covering explanatory letter. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer. Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition.

What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?
Return it to us at Eileen Douglas Tack Shops, Woods Farm, Easthampstead Road, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 3AE with a covering explanatory letter. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.

Who pays the postage on returned items?
If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you'd like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we make a small charge of £5.95 for carriage on the replacement. However, we will refund your postage in full on faulty goods returned.

What do I do if there's any other problem with my order?

What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?
All goods supplied by Eileen Douglas Tack Shops are from official sources within the UK and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty.
